Refund policy
Since all UpliftWear products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at official@upliftwear.store with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Lost Packages If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
